Battery Product Specialist - EA

(1) Develop Business & Sales Support

• Steer & monitor Product KPIs on EA level: TGS/TNS, GM, PCR, Sold & Market coverage, in alignment with business objectives, provide regular reports
• Provide product-related input for relevant products including profitability calculations, product strategy & knowledge for countries

(2) Market / Competition

• Visit relevant customers and acquire consolidated understanding of the relevant East Asia markets for specified product segments
• Aggregate information from markets on customers, trends, competitors (competitor price index, portfolio positioning and communication strategies) to ensure competitiveness on East Asia level

(3) Portfolio Management

• Analyze and coordinate portfolio assortment improvement on East Asia level including coverage, gap analysis, product offering to market.

(4) Pricing

• Deploy East Asia price strategy (minimum margin, target price positioning vs competition, definition and alignment within product team)

(5) Communication

• Contribute to East Asia Campaign preparations (Product related support), newsletter product-related content (e.g. product spotlight), involvement for product specifics on COM material creation
• Ensure collaboration and efficient communication with BU and countries

• Bachelor Degree of Any Major, preferably Engineering, Accounting, and Marketing
• Has >7 years experience in automotive battery aftermarket field
• Strategic problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial skillset in evaluating business potential, opportunities and threats, taking decisions to the benefit of company
• Good communication (written and verbal), presentation and negotiation skills in English is mandatory
• Strong data analytic skill
• Good Microsoft Excel and Power Point skill
• Travel Mobility domestic and international including hands on market survey and customer visit.
