Summary
Designs and runs battery safety tests, operating lab gear like Vector CAN tools and FLIR cameras to collect data and ensure compliance with protocols.
Support in engineering and test activities related to battery safety testing.
Key activities:
- Test planning and execution.
- Real-time data acquisition and instrumentation: Vector tools (CAN), ETAS INCA (Monitoring), FLIR and AXIS (Cameras) and operation of power supply units.
- Familiarity with quality protocols, testing procedures and checklists to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
- Hazard identification and risk assessment.
- Technical reporting and customer communication.
- Adaptions of test facility to new regulations.
