BAU Operations Support /Business Analyst (Banking)

Job description

#This is a BAU support analyst role to support Project Anchor, which is migration of IPB business from one legal entity to another, targeting completion by H1 FY27

Responsibilities:

· BAU Process Management: Coordinate and manage recurring BAU activities across the Anchor program, including operational reporting cycles, periodic reviews, and routine stakeholder obligations to ensure continuity alongside change delivery.

· Operational & Reporting: Produce and maintain BAU dashboards, KPI/KRI trackers, and operational scorecards, providing management with timely visibility into business-as-usual performance metrics.

· Issue Resolution & Escalation Support: Serve as the first point of contact for BAU operational issues, triage, and route queries to the appropriate workstream or function, and maintain an issues log with resolution timelines.

Requirements

· Degree in Banking and Finance

· Project Management/Business Analyst with 5 years experience

· Experience for running projects at operational levels in BAU capacity
