Senior Care Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Baylor Clinical Team Support / Scheduler to support weekend operations. This role is responsible for coordinating patient scheduling, assisting with intake processes, verifying authorizations, and navigating payer portals to help ensure timely and efficient patient care.

The ideal candidate has experience in home health operations, scheduling, intake, insurance authorizations, and working with various online portals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage patient schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and timely visits.

• Support intake operations, including processing referrals and coordinating new patient starts.

• Verify and obtain authorizations as needed to support patient care and services.

• Navigate insurance and payer portals to verify eligibility, check authorization status, and obtain required information.

• Communicate with clinical staff, intake personnel, and management regarding scheduling needs and patient updates.

• Assist with resolving scheduling conflicts and addressing urgent weekend coverage needs.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within company systems.

• Provide administrative and clinical team support to ensure smooth weekend operations.
