T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking passionate BCBAs and BCaBAs looking for part-time opportunities with the potential to grow into full-time roles. We are a small but growing ABA provider that prioritizes work-life balance, clinician support, and professional growth.

About the Role
T.R.A.C. is a 100% in-home ABA provider seeking supervisors interested in a remote/hybrid position. We offer flexible scheduling that allows clinicians to balance clinical responsibilities with personal well-being. Afternoon and evening availability is required to support client scheduling needs.
Supervision responsibilities include:
- Telehealth supervision.
- Monthly in-person client visits.
- Parent and caregiver collaboration.
- Clinical oversight and guidance for Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
- Flexible scheduling based on clinical and client needs.
What We’re Looking For:

- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members.
- Support and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
- Are dedicated to helping clients and families overcome challenges associated with their diagnoses.
- Maintain strong clinical, ethical, and professional standards.
- Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
BCaBA Requirements:
- Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Active LARA License.
BCBA Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Active LARA License (if applicable).
