How We Empower Our BCBAs:
Competitive Compensation with Profit Sharing – We offer total compensation ranging from $93,500–$115,000 for non-leadership roles, which is including of earning potential through profit-sharing bonuses.
Ongoing Clinical Development – Invest in your growth with $1,500 in annual CEU reimbursement to support your goals, plus 2 paid CEU days each year.

Building Better Outcomes Together:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for all clients on your caseload
Provide supervision, guidance, and ongoing feedback to RBTs and supporting staff, ensuring alignment with Bloomwell’s clinical quality standards
Track, monitor, and analyze client data to make informed adjustments and optimize treatment outcomes
Partner with caregivers to strengthen engagement and ensure effective application of ABA strategies in the home environment
Work collaboratively with Bloomwell teammates to foster a positive, inclusive environment centered on belonging
