Day to DayConduct FBAs and skills assessments and write treatment plans
Supervise and train RBTs in clinic, home and school settings
Analyze data and adjust programs to drive progress
Train parents and caregivers in person and remotely
Coordinate with schools, therapists and families
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Iowa behavior analyst licensure or eligibility
Experience supervising RBTs and writing treatment plans
Able to travel locally for in-person sessions
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Compensation: $70 - $100+ per hour
