Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Center-Based (Evenings)
Location: Clinic-Based
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM (15 hours/week)
Compensation: $95-$105/hour

🌱 What You’ll Do
- Oversee a small, manageable caseload during after-school hours
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and support RBTs in a collaborative, hands-on setting
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Partner with families and your clinical team to support meaningful outcomes
🎓 What You Bring
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience working with children with autism preferred
