Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based clinical leadership and supervision within a 3-tier ABA service model.
• Supervise, mentor, and train Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and Clinical Supervisors.
• Participate in weekly supervision and leadership meetings.
• Conduct assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), VB-MAPP, EFL, and other clinical evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment recommendations and assessment reports.
• Utilize Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) principles to support staff performance and clinical excellence.
• Assist with performance management, staff development, and professional growth planning.
• Partner with Clinical Directors and administrative teams to improve operational efficiency and client outcomes.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, families, supervisors, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Develop proactive solutions that support quality care, staff success, and organizational growth.
