As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)-DDA Adult Services, you will play a critical role in transforming lives, designing and delivering evidence-based interventions that drive meaningful progress, independence, and dignity for adults with developmental disabilities.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), skill assessments, and preference assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support and skill-acquisition plans
- Analyze behavioral data to guide treatment decisions and measure outcomes
- Provide coaching, training, and support to direct support staff and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with program teams, families, guardians, and external stakeholders
- Ensure documentation and clinical services meet regulatory, funding, and BACB ethical standards
- Support quality assurance efforts and continuous improvement initiatives
- Respond professionally to behavioral service concerns, questions, and grievances
- Participate in interdisciplinary and interagency meetings as needed
