Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to promote the Company’s M&E construction capabilities, projects and services.
Identify new business opportunities, potential clients and market segments within the construction and M&E industry.
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors and emerging business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, suppliers and other industry stakeholders.
Attend client meetings, networking events, site meetings and industry functions to develop business opportunities and strengthen relationships.
Prepare and coordinate company profiles, presentations, proposals, tender materials and other business development documents.
Maintain an updated database of clients, business contacts, project opportunities and market intelligence.
Develop and maintain corporate branding, brochures, presentations, project case studies and other marketing materials.
Highlight the Company’s project achievements, technical capabilities, certifications and industry experience through suitable marketing channels.
Gather client and market feedback and provide relevant insights to management.
Work closely with Engineering, Project, Commercial, Procurement, HR and Operations teams to obtain accurate project information and support business initiatives.
Analyse potential business opportunities, identify risks and challenges, and recommend practical solutions.
Support management in strategic business development projects and other assignments as required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing and/or business development experience.
Relevant experience in the Singapore construction M&E industry is mandatory.
Proactive, resourceful and commercially minded with strong interpersonal skills.
