Lawrence Ford is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, energetic BDC Manager who is ready to take ownership of our Business Development Center and help take our dealership to the next level.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, motivate, and develop the BDC team
• Manage incoming internet and phone leads
• Drive appointment-setting, show, and sold performance
• Monitor response times and lead follow-up
• Coach employees on calls, texts, emails, and customer communication
• Track KPIs and hold the team accountable to daily and monthly goals
• Work closely with sales management to maximize every opportunity
• Recruit and train BDC representatives as the department grows
• Help create processes that improve lead conversion and customer experience
