What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Experience in automotive industry a plus
- Experience using CRM tools
- Experience reviewing and improving processes to increase efficiencies
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Self motivated, coachable, and goal oriented mindset
- Comfortable communicating by phone
- Willingness to complete a pre employment drug test
- Experience in debt collection, outbound call centers, or marketing is a plus
