The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the software development industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company’s client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored software solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and business development activities.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the management team to support strategic decision-making.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software development industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience with international business development and sales.
  • Knowledge of specific industry domains relevant to the company’s clients.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
