About Wonderly

Wonderly is an end-to-end verticalized AI-native OS for home services businesses. We own the entire system of record, all business applications (we replace ServiceTitan, House Call Pro, RingCentral, Squarespace, Docusign, Square, and a dozen other applications), and dozens of AI agents ourselves embedded natively inside our business applications, with native data read & write access to our system of record. As a result, we can deploy dozens of production-ready AI Agents to our customers in under 30 minutes with no FDEs, no integrations, and no data cleaning work.

Wonderly has the most result-driven business model, because we’ve proven our system and AI Agents work. We are not trying to sell our customers a dream - we deliver real revenue and profit to our customers. All of our software and AI Agents are free - we charge a % of revenue we deliver for our customers. Each of our 10+ core AI Agents help improve their revenue by 5-20%. This is the ultimate outcome-based pricing, only possible when you own the entire end-to-end system and all the agents yourself.

Wonderly already has PMF and has gone from 0 → 1 (we are happy to share more over a call), with very clear moat and deep industry knowledge that took a team of 70 hardcore A-players 18 months of stealth to build. We believe Wonderly has the potential to be a $100B - $1T outcome. The market is massive: home service businesses across North America (a $2T market). We’ve raised over $50M from top-tier investors, have $20M a year in free cashflow from another product line (Motion) - all that $ gets pumped into Wonderly.

About the Hiring Manager

Hey, I'm Victoria. I lead Sales Operations here at Wonderly.

I've built phone teams at four different companies now, and the thing I've learned is that the resume tells you almost nothing. I've hired people with perfect backgrounds who fell apart on their first hard call, and people with no relevant experience who turned out to be the best on the floor. What actually predicts it: if you're quick, if you take feedback without getting weird about it, and if you care whether the lead actually gets handled right.

I'm hiring early-career operators who are hungry to get on the phone and win — people I can put in front of a lead and trust to qualify them, book the meeting, and never let one slip through the cracks.

The pitch for doing it here instead: you'd do it for dozens of contractors instead of one, and when you spot something broken you can actually fix it. At most places you'd spend two years proving yourself before anyone let you near how things work. Here, if you've got a better idea about the callback cadence, you say it Monday and we're testing it Wednesday.

Fast, intense, not for everyone. But if you've ever been the person who could see exactly what was broken and had no way to change it, this is the job where you get to.

The Role

This is the front line of our engine. You'll call the leads we generate for our customers, qualify them fast, and book the onsite meetings on the customer's behalf — so all the business owner has to do is show up and close. When a lead comes in, you're the reason it turns into a booked job instead of going cold.

Speed is everything here. The whole model works because we work leads faster and better than anyone, and you're the person who makes that real, call after call.

This is where you cut your teeth. Crush it and the path to full BDR and beyond is short — this role is designed to make you dangerous on the phone fast.

The work is high-volume and hands-on. You'll live on the phone, keep the CRM spotless (every call, outcome, and next step logged), and work closely with our team to hand off qualified, ready-to-close meetings. You're not above the grind — the grind is how you get good.

It's also more than dialing. We have aggressive growth goals, and hitting them means this whole motion has to scale fast. That means you'll dig into your own numbers, spot what's working, and help us build the systems and process that let us do 10x the volume without dropping a single lead. The people who take off here don't just book meetings — they help figure out how we book 10x more of them.

If you want a slow, narrow job, this isn't it. If you want to get thrown in, get reps, help build the machine, and get dramatically better fast, apply.

What Makes This Role Different

Most entry-level phone roles are dead ends. You dial, you read a script, you burn out.

This one is a launchpad. You're joining the sales org of a company scaling fast, learning the fundamentals under people who are genuinely good, with a clear path up into BDR, senior sales, and ops roles. What you learn here — how to talk to a business owner, qualify fast, and never drop a lead — compounds for the rest of your career.

Backgrounds That Tend to Work

People from these backgrounds tend to thrive:

  • New grads (or soon-to-be) who ran something serious — a club, a team, a side hustle, a sport

  • Prior phone, sales, or customer-facing experience (retail, call center, serving — anything high-volume-people-facing counts)

  • Anyone hungry, coachable, and competitive who wants a real shot at a sales career

Backgrounds we care less about:

  • Roles where the bar was showing up, not outcomes

  • Anything slow-paced or heavily scripted

What matters more than the resume:

  • You're comfortable on the phone all day and don't get rattled

  • You're fast, coachable, and competitive — you want to win

  • You're organized enough to keep clean records without being told twice

  • When something's off, you flag it and fix it

Expectations

  • 60–70 hour weeks during this growth phase. We're at a hacker house in Las Vegas as I write this.

  • Real ownership of your leads and booking targets within your first 2 weeks

  • High call volume — this is a phone-first role

  • Weekend coverage on a rotation. Leads come in on weekends and the whole point is that we work them faster than anyone. If you're not open to some weekend work, this isn't the role.

  • The scope evolves constantly. If you want a stable job description, this isn't it.

Compensation

  • $70,000–$120,000 (base + on-target earnings)

  • Equity in Wonderly

  • Remote (North America & Canada), with regular in-person at hacker houses

Wonderly is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is treated with respect and given equal opportunities. We welcome and encourage all qualified candidates to apply for our job openings.
