Your contribution to the team includes:

-Understand and evaluate client’s beauty needs and provide professional and excellent service to all our clients

-Assess and recommend suitable treatments for our clients according to their needs

-Build good rapport and establish good relationship with clients to ensure retention and referrals

-Achieve sales targets and other key business targets

-Build and develop clientele to increase customer base

-Handle clients’ feedback and update key management accordingly

-Provide support for front desk duties, client careand handling of campaign leads / scheduling of appointments / follow-up

-Participate in new treatment planning and marketing activities

-Administrative work including but not limited to daily settlement, end month submission, sales reporting, rostering etc

-Stock ordering and other related duties as requested by the management team

You should have:

· Minimum (GCE) Ordinary Level or equivalent

· Strong aptitude in promotional techniques - without hard selling

· Result driven and service oriented.

· Ability to work independently as well as being a team player

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential

· Able to handle service & sales orientated environment

· Able to work confidently and pro-actively in a fast-paced environment.

· Candidate who has beauty/spa certificate will be an advantage.

· Able to communicate effectively with clients regarding their queries and concerns
