Responsibilities

• Perform facial and skincare treatments to meet client needs and enhance skin health
• Recommend suitable skincare products and treatment packages based on client skin type and concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of treatment rooms and equipment to ensure client safety
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and satisfaction
• Keep accurate and organized customer treatment records for continuity of care
• Collaborate with team members to support a positive and efficient work environment
• Adapt to work schedules including weekends and public holidays as required

• Demonstrate relevant beauty therapy experience to perform treatments effectively
