Provides beauty treatments, meets sales targets, and maintains customer relationships at a Singapore-based salon chain.
Job Descriptions
- Report directly to Branch Sales Manager / Sales Manager
- To achieve personal sales target
- Responsible to deliver and provide Quality Services
- Build up relationship with customers at all times
- To follow up with customers after their treatment
- To fulfil the cleanliness standards of respective room whenever assigned
- Responsible for upkeep/handling of the machinery of the salon equipment
- Follow all treatment procedure & necessary guidelines
- Perform professional comprehensive skin analysis advice and reply queries to customers
- To assist in making cold-calls to customer
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and other matters as assigned by the Company
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of working experience in the beauty wellness industry
- Possess a recognised professional beauty certification is preferable
- Passionate and self-motivated
- Well-groomed with positive attitude
- Willing to work retail hours (including weekends and public holidays)
