Beautician Manager

Job Summary

Manage whole shop operations to ensure company account profitability. Lead training for workers and coordinate roadshows. Oversee budgeting and sales forecasting. Deliver personal grooming services including medicure, pedicure, eyelash extension, wedding makeup, and breast enhancement. Maintain hygiene standards and monitor staff welfare and leave forecasting.

• Perform medicure, pedicure, eyelash extension, wedding makeup, and breast enhancement services with professional standards
• Develop and monitor budgeting plans to control costs and maximize revenue
• Forecast sales to support business planning and inventory management
• Maintain high hygiene standards across all service areas to ensure customer safety
• Monitor staff welfare and manage leave forecasting to maintain workforce stability
