Job Summary

Provide facial and wellness treatments while maintaining salon cleanliness. Advise clients on skincare products and manage customer requests and complaints professionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform face spa massages to enhance client relaxation and skin health
• Advise clients on appropriate skincare products based on their skin type and concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all equipment and salon areas to ensure a safe environment
• Manage customer requests and complaints with professionalism and effective communication
• Collaborate with team members to support salon operations and client satisfaction
• Work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Specialized skills in facial and skincare
• Knowledge of beauty treatments and skincare products
• Possession of certifications such as CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC, NSRS, NITEC, or WSQ is an advantage
• Demonstrate a positive personality, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team
