Job Summary
Provide facial and basic beauty treatments while assessing skincare needs, operating equipment safely, and promoting services to deliver excellent customer care at Emily Beauty Salon.
Responsibilities
- Deliver facial and basic beauty treatments tailored to customers’ skincare needs to enhance their appearance and satisfaction
- Assess customers’ skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments to achieve optimal results
- Operate beauty equipment safely and correctly to ensure effective and secure treatment delivery
- Explain treatment procedures and provide clear aftercare advice to support customer recovery and satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment to comply with health and safety standards
- Promote suitable beauty services and skincare products to increase customer engagement and sales
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to optimize customer flow and service delivery
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and service
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support salon operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Relevant beautician experience is preferred
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays
- Responsible, well-groomed, and service-oriented
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
