Key Responsibilities

• Perform facial treatments according to customers' skin types and needs.
• Provide basic skincare consultations and recommend suitable products and treatments.
• Carry out beauty services such as eyebrow shaping, eyelash services, waxing, threading, and makeup application (where applicable).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools.
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after each customer.
• Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule appointments and manage customer records.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages of beauty products and consumables.
• Comply with all workplace health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the salon or spa manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Good knowledge of skincare products and beauty treatments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.
