Job Summary

You will deliver a variety of beauty treatments, assist clients in choosing suitable products and services, maintain a sanitized and organized workspace, and build strong client relationships while keeping current with industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of beauty treatments, including facials, to meet client needs
• Advise clients on selecting appropriate beauty products and services to enhance their experience
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment by properly sanitizing all equipment and tools
• Continuously update knowledge of the latest beauty industry trends and techniques to improve service quality
• Deliver exceptional customer service to build and sustain strong client relationships
• Collaborate effectively with team members and adapt to a fast-paced salon environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold relevant qualifications and certifications in beauty therapy or a related field
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience working as a beautician in a salon
• Exhibit strong customer service skills to provide personalized client experiences
• Maintain excellent attention to detail and uphold high standards of hygiene and safety

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
