Are you passionate about cosmetics and would you like to be part of a team that turns skincare into a complete ritual? At MiiN Cosmetics, we bring the best of Korean beauty to Europe, helping our customers discover new products, create personalized routines, and enjoy every moment of self-care.

We continue to grow and we want you to be part of our beauty universe! We are looking for Beauty Advisors for our stores in La C.C Illa and Diagonal, in Barcelona, with a temporary contract of 15 hours per week, to reinforce our teams during the Black Friday and Christmas campaign.

What you'll do

• Advise and discover: accompany our customers in a personalized way, helping them find the products and skincare routines that best suit their skin.
• Convey the MiiN philosophy: share your passion for K-Beauty and turn every visit into a close and special experience.
• Care for every detail: keep the store tidy, take care of product presentation, and manage stock.
• Contribute to the daily life of the store: manage the cash register and collaborate in the tasks necessary to offer the best shopping experience.

What we're looking for

• Flexible schedule.
• Passion for the beauty world.
• Fluent level of Spanish and English is essential.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Immediate start.

Nice to have

• Availability for immediate start to work during the campaign.
• Passion for cosmetics, skincare, and Korean beauty.
• A friendly, dynamic, and proactive attitude, with a customer orientation.
• Previous experience in customer service; knowledge of Korean cosmetics will be valued.
• Fluent level of Spanish, Catalan, and English.
• Eagerness to learn, work in a team, and grow in a multicultural environment.
