Beauty Advisor (Relief/Rotating Shifts) for the Vic, Torelló, Manlleu, Roda de Ter, Sant Hipòlit de Voltregà area - 40h (Permanent)

About the role

We are looking for a Relief Sales Assistant, with availability to work different shifts and to participate in the various teams of our stores in the regions of Vic, Torelló, Manlleu, Sant Quirze de Besora, Roda de Ter, Sant Hipòlit de Voltregà, Sant Julià de Vilatorta.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for:

• Advise each customer on the most suitable products for them and how they should be used and combined.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere by providing specialized attention to customers at the point of sale.
• Provide support by maintaining an optimal and attractive store image for customers at all times.
• Store management: Control and cashier functions, cash reconciliation, and administrative management related to closing.
• Perform store tasks: stock management, replenishment, and maintenance of the same, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service to build customer loyalty to our brand.

What we're looking for

- Driver's license and own vehicle.
- Passion for beauty and personal care.
- Experience in customer service or sales is valued.
- Customer vocation, communication skills, and polite and friendly treatment.
- Availability for immediate start.
