Responsibilities
- Present and promote beauty and skincare products to customers to increase product awareness and sales
- Offer personalized product recommendations based on individual customer needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects and promotes brand values consistently
- Apply effective sales techniques to increase personal and team sales performance and meet targets
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and proactive work environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills to engage customers effectively
- Exhibit a goal-oriented attitude with an enthusiastic and outgoing personality to motivate sales efforts
- Maintain a positive, proactive mindset and strong team spirit to contribute to team success
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred to better serve a diverse customer base
