Beauty Consultant

Location: Novena / Orchard
Salary: $2,000 – $2,800 + Commissions
Rest Days: 3 weekdays off per month, Sundays & Public Holidays Off

Are you passionate about beauty and aesthetics?

Our clinic is looking for a highly motivated and polished Beauty Consultant to join our Aesthetic Team. In this role, you will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional patient care and help clients look and feel their best.

✨ What You Will Do:

· Providing personalised consultations to understand client needs and deliver tailored aesthetic treatment and skincare recommendations

· Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high customer retention.

· Monitor clients' treatment progress and conduct follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and optimal treatment outcomes.

· Promote and recommend aesthetic treatments and skincare products based on clients' needs.

· Work closely with therapists and the clinic team to deliver a seamless customer experience.

· Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organised clinic environment

💡 What We’re Looking For:

· Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in the aesthetics, skincare, or beauty industry

· Certification in aesthetics, skincare, beauty therapy, or a related field is an advantage

· Well-groomed with a professional appearance

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset

· Keen interest in skincare, aesthetic treatments, and the science behind products, procedures, and equipment

· A positive team player with a proactive attitude

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base

· Able to work retail hours

· Hands-on experience in performing facial and aesthetic treatments is required
