Job Scope

Customer Consultation: Conduct professional body analysis and lifestyle assessments to understand customers.

Treatment Delivery: Perform high-quality slimming, contouring, and beauty treatments using our advanced salon machinery and manual techniques safely and effectively.

Customer Care: Provide a warm, welcoming, and premium experience for every customer from arrival to departure, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Sales & Retention: Recommend personalized treatment packages and home-care products that genuinely suit the customers' needs.

Salon Maintenance: Clean and sanitize treatment rooms, equipment, and tools before and after each session to maintain the highest standards of hygiene.

Administrative Duties: Assist with booking appointments, updating customer records, and managing front-desk inquiries when necessary.
