Job Details
- Working Hours: Retail working hours
- Working Days: 5–6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays
- Location: Various locations across Singapore
- Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and professional beauty consultations.
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable beauty, skincare, cosmetics or fragrance products.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits and usage to customers.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective selling, upselling and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions and the latest beauty trends.
- Maintain a clean, organized and well-presented store/counter.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks and merchandising.
- Support promotional activities, product launches and in-store events.
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in retail, sales, customer service or beauty-related roles is preferred.
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, cosmetics or related products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
