Sales & Beauty Service:
• Excellent customer service (Smile, Greet & Offer Basket) & always focus on customers entering store.
• Handle customer queries and offer advice professionally.
• Provide beauty services e.g. express makeover, skin check / analysis, hand massage and gift wrapping.
• Achieve sales target set by management and submit daily sales report.
• Promote company products, PWP, Great Deals, Best Buy, & New Item.
• Up selling and Cross selling.
• Support company’s beauty events upon request.
• Stock replenishment & housekeeping (prioritizing BE brands).
• Tester requisition & ensure testers always clean and tidy.
• Sensormatic attachment- skin care and make up valued > than RM50.
• Price update & check actual price with price tag according to promo mechanics.
• Plano & promotion updates.
• Possess necessary professional product knowledge and selling skills.
• Brief CA and management product knowledge after product training.
• Compulsory to attend all products and soft skills trainings.
• Participate in company marketing activities e.g. video/photo shoots etc as & when required
Other Job Roles
• Cashiering as & when required especially during shortage manpower situation.
• Supporting store overall replenishment & housekeeping.
• Assist with online/marketplace item packing for customers e.g. Bright store, Pandamart, GrabMart etc.
