Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the beauty and wellness centre to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Supervise, guide and motivate beauty therapists and other operational staff to maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Plan and coordinate staff work schedules, duty rosters and daily operations according to business requirements.
- Provide professional advice and consultation to customers on suitable beauty, skincare and wellness treatments based on their needs.
- Monitor and maintain service quality, treatment standards and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally and take appropriate follow-up actions to resolve service issues.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance and work discipline, and provide coaching and on-the-job training where required.
- Ensure proper handling, storage and usage of beauty products, equipment and treatment materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the ordering and replenishment of beauty products, consumables and other operational supplies.
- Assist in implementing promotional campaigns, membership programmes and sales initiatives to achieve revenue and customer retention targets.
- Monitor daily sales and operational performance and prepare relevant reports for management.
- Ensure the premises, treatment rooms and equipment are maintained in a clean, hygienic and safe condition.
- Ensure staff comply with company policies, operational procedures and applicable workplace health and safety requirements.
- Assist management in recruitment, staff training and performance evaluation of beauty personnel.
- Keep abreast of current beauty, skincare and wellness trends and recommend new treatments, products or service improvements where appropriate.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- With or Without experience - Candidates with experience will be an advantage
- Able to work on weekends and PH
- Good communication skills and cheerful personality
