We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Beauty Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide personalised beauty consultations and professional beauty treatments while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional beauty and skincare consultations based on individual customer needs
• Perform facial, skincare and other beauty treatments in accordance with company procedures and service standards
• Assess customers' skincare concerns and recommend suitable treatments and services
• Explain treatment procedures and provide appropriate aftercare advice
• Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety in treatment areas
• Maintain accurate customer treatment and service records where required
• Keep up to date with beauty treatments, skincare knowledge and company services
• Work closely with team members to support smooth daily salon operations

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in the beauty, facial or skincare industry is preferred
• Relevant beauty therapy training or professional certification is an advantage
• Good knowledge of skincare and beauty treatment procedures
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Professional, responsible and well-organised
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work according to the salon's operating schedule, including weekends and public holidays where required
