BEAUTY SUPERVISOR
Job Summary
Deliver facial treatments using IPL, RF, and other beauty equipment while managing junior staff and maintaining salon hygiene. Provide expert skincare advice and waxing services for diverse clients in a professional salon environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage junior staff and part-time team members to ensure smooth daily salon operations
- Administer facial and skin wellness treatments using IPL, RF, and other beauty equipment to achieve effective client results
- Provide waxing services for facial and body hair removal, including Brazilian waxing, ensuring client comfort and safety
- Perform pedicure, manicure, and facial treatments with attention to quality and client satisfaction
- Advise clients on skincare routines and product recommendations tailored to their needs
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of salon equipment and premises to meet health and safety standards
- Serve both male and female clients professionally and respectfully
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Specialized knowledge in facial and skin treatments
- Certification in CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC, NSRS, NITEC, or WSQ is advantageous
- Demonstrate a positive personality, strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate effectively in a team
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
