Job Summary

Oversee and lead daily store operations to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional customer service in a beauty facility. Manage staff recruitment, training, motivation, and performance while ensuring a clean, appealing, and well-maintained environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to meet or exceed cost and revenue targets while maintaining high-quality customer service
• Train, hire, motivate, evaluate, and direct staff to build a productive and engaged team
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of beauty facilities and ensure all beauty equipment operates effectively
• Create and sustain a tranquil and aesthetically pleasing environment to enhance customer experience
• Manage client database and schedule appointments efficiently to optimize service delivery
• Oversee contract laborers and employees to ensure smooth workforce management
• Place supply and retail orders and control inventory to maintain adequate stock levels
• Conduct interviews and select new staff members to support business growth
• Stay informed on current cosmetic trends and makeup products to provide relevant expertise

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in the beauty industry demonstrating relevant operational and leadership skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills applied in a customer-facing environment
• Excellent customer service skills demonstrated through positive client interactions
• Professional appearance consistent with industry standards
