Job Summary

You will deliver professional facial, body, and slimming treatments while ensuring safety and hygiene standards. You will consult customers to recommend suitable treatments, operate beauty equipment, support salon operations, and meet service and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver facial, body, and slimming treatments following company service standards to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct thorough customer consultations to recommend appropriate beauty treatments based on individual needs
• Perform body massage, body contouring, and wellness treatments to promote client well-being
• Operate beauty equipment safely by adhering to training and established procedures to prevent accidents
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the salon environment consistently
• Provide attentive customer service to build positive relationships and encourage repeat visits
• Assist with appointment scheduling, maintain accurate treatment records, and support daily salon operations
• Achieve reasonable service and sales targets to contribute to business growth

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in the beauty or wellness industry to enhance treatment delivery
• Certification in beauty therapy to support professional service standards
• Knowledge of facial, body, and slimming treatments to improve customer consultation and treatment outcomes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members
• Customer-oriented attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn to adapt to salon needs
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, according to roster
• Openness to training provided to develop skills and knowledge
