Beauty Therapist Supervisor

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the spa, wellness, or TCM industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Must possess at least one professional therapy skill, such as Tuina massage, body massage, foot reflexology, lymphatic drainage, gua sha, cupping therapy, or herbal heat therapy.
• Physically fit and able to perform treatment sessions for extended periods.
• Strong sales and consultation skills, with the ability to recommend suitable treatments, packages, and membership programs.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Able to train, supervise, and motivate therapists to achieve service and sales targets.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Responsible, professional, and customer-oriented.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and on rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional spa and wellness treatments.
• Supervise the daily operations of the therapy team.
• Monitor treatment quality and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Train and coach junior therapists.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve service issues.
