Beauty Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Therapist to provide professional facial, body and scalp care treatments according to the centre’s service standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform facial, body and scalp care treatments according to established procedures.
• Conduct basic customer consultations before treatments.
• Assess customers’ needs and recommend suitable beauty treatments and aftercare products.
• Explain treatment procedures, benefits and aftercare requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer consultation and treatment records.
• Ensure that treatment rooms, equipment and tools are properly cleaned and sanitised.
• Monitor treatment products and inform management when replenishment is required.
• Maintain professional service, hygiene and safety standards.
• Follow up with customers regarding treatment progress and aftercare.
• Support centre promotions and customer-retention activities where required.

Requirements

• Professional certificate or diploma in Beauty Therapy, Wellness, Holistic Massage or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a beautician or beauty therapist.
• Knowledge of facial, body and scalp care treatments.
• Good customer-service and communication skills.
• Able to maintain proper hygiene, treatment and customer-care standards.
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays according to the duty roster.
