Job Summary

We seek a professional Beauty Trainer to deliver product and equipment training, conduct demonstrations, and support sales and marketing efforts with aesthetic clinics and beauty businesses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional training sessions on beauty and aesthetic equipment to clients and teams
• Demonstrate product and equipment functions, treatment procedures, safety guidelines, and recommended protocols to prospective customers
• Provide hands-on guidance to ensure clients operate equipment confidently and correctly
• Develop and prepare training materials, treatment protocols, and product information for effective learning
• Collaborate with the sales team during client presentations, demonstrations, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance customer engagement
• Conduct follow-ups with clients post-training to offer ongoing product and technical support
• Monitor and update knowledge on beauty trends, aesthetic technologies, and treatment advancements to maintain expertise
• Represent the company professionally in all client and industry interactions

Required competencies and certifications

• Certification or relevant experience in beauty therapy, aesthetics, cosmetology, or a related field
• Proficiency in English to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
• Ability to travel locally for client training, demonstrations, and events

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience as a beauty trainer, therapist, aesthetic consultant, or equipment specialist
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and training skills
• Confidence working with beauty professionals, clinic teams, and business owners
• Independent, organised, responsible, and customer-focused work approach
