We are looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and learner-focused Beauty Trainer / Vocational Education Trainer to join our growing academic team.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

• Deliver engaging classroom and practical training for beauty and wellness programmes.
• Conduct learner-centred lessons using effective adult learning methodologies.
• Facilitate both theory and practical sessions.

Assessment & Evaluation

• Assess learner competency according to course requirements.
• Provide constructive feedback to support learner improvement.
• Maintain assessment records accurately.

Curriculum Development

• Review and improve existing training materials.
• Develop lesson plans, learning resources and practical activities.
• Ensure curriculum remains relevant to current industry practices.

Learner Support & Mentorship

• Coach learners throughout their learning journey.
• Motivate learners to achieve successful learning outcomes.
• Provide guidance on career development and industry expectations.

Administration & Compliance

• Maintain accurate learner attendance and assessment records.
• Prepare training documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), CPE and internal quality assurance requirements.

Industry Engagement

• Keep abreast of beauty industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Participate in course reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build relationships with industry partners where required.

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications
✔ ITEC and/or CIBTAC qualification in Beauty Therapy or related discipline
✔ ACTA / ACLP / DACE / equivalent adult educator qualification (preferred)
✔ At least 2–5 years of hands-on industry experience in beauty, aesthetics or wellness
✔ Experience conducting adult training or professional workshops

• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Passion for teaching and mentoring adult learners
• Strong classroom management abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional grooming and positive attitude
• Organised with strong administrative skills
• Comfortable preparing reports and training documentation
• Team player with a learner-first mindset
