BEAUTY TRAINER

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt training materials to suit operational needs and enhance existing training support documents as required.
• Conduct training programs for therapists in alignment with sales cycles, business objectives, and training priorities.
• Deliver induction programs and specialized training to support brand development and business growth.
• Develop, motivate, and improve the performance of Therapists and Sales Consultants through effective training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Contribute to training projects, training needs analysis, training evaluations, program updates, and coaching action plans.
• Regularly conduct field visits to observe customer purchasing behavior and engage with Sales Consultants and customers to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare training reports and maintain accurate training records when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

• Monitor competitors’ products, services, and market trends to provide updated product comparison information and industry insights.
• Prepare training reports and maintain accurate training records when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Strong experience in training delivery, coaching, and sales capability development within the beauty or aesthetic industry.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management abilities.
• Confident in presenting, influencing, and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly motivated, energetic, adaptable, and a strong team player.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer, preferably in aesthetic face and body treatments.
• Possess professional certifications such as CIDESCO, ITEC, WSQ ACTA Full Certificate, WSQ SOA, or other relevant beauty and aesthetic qualifications.
• Strong product knowledge in beauty, skincare, facial, and body treatments.
• Ability to travel between outlets and conduct on-site coaching when required.
