What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced English,
• Experience or strong interest in Customer Service within the automotive industry.
• Customer orientation, strong follow-up skills, and effective communication.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on customer requirements, orders, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Production, and other teams to ensure commitments are met.
• Address issues and maintain timely communication with customers.
• Monitor key information to ensure efficient service.
