About the Opportunity
Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians for a client with over 18 years of experience providing ABA services to children with Autism and developmental disabilities.
No prior ABA experience required – paid training provided!
The Behavior Technician is responsible for providing individualized, one-on-one behavioral support to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities in their homes.
Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect and document behavioral data, support skill development, and assist families in reinforcing positive behaviors.
The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
- Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
- Help develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Collect behavioral data and document client progress.
- Collaborate with families and supervisors to support treatment goals.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
- No prior ABA experience required; training provided.
- Passion for working with children with Autism or developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication, patience, and reliability.
- Ability to travel to clients' homes.
- Availability during afternoons, evenings, or weekends.
- RBT certification or experience in childcare, education, or behavioral health is a plus.
