Behavior Technician (BT)
Summary
Behavior Technicians work 1:1 with children implementing ABA treatment plans and collecting data to support communication and social development. Training is provided, and no prior certification is required.
At KIDS ABA Services, we believe that learning happens in moments — a shared smile, a new skill, a problem solved, a breakthrough in communication. Every one of those moments matters. Behavior Technicians help create them.
We’re looking for individuals who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families by helping them build skills that lead to confidence, independence, and long-term growth.
If you want a role where you can see the impact of your work every day, you’ll love being part of this team.
