Position: Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®)
Employment Type: Part-time (minimum of 15 hours per week) or full-time (30+ hours per week) paid hourly
Schedule: Flexible, afternoon/evening availability preferred. You tell us when you are available and we will schedule you!
Location: SVABA has 2 Regions: You choose your preferred region: Morgan Hill/Gilroy/Hollister OR San Jose/Milpitas/Santa Clara
Pay Rate: Starting $21-$25 per hour
BECOME A REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN IN 3 MONTHS! WE WILL PROVIDE THE TRAINING AND THE SELF-PACED COURSEWORK!

What You’ll Do
- Receive initial and regular, ongoing training and support
- Provide 1:1 behavioral support to individuals with autism in their home, school, or community environment
- Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®)
- Teach communication, social, and adaptive skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Collect data and document session notes
- Collaborate with supervisors to ensure high-quality, consistent support
- Communicate professionally with families, other professionals, and team members
