Turn Your Passion for Helping Others into a Clinical Healthcare Career

Looking to transition out of education, childcare, caregiving, or customer service into a high-impact, daytime clinical role? At Galliant, you don’t need previous ABA experience to build a rewarding career in behavioral health.

We are urgently hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians for our Grand Prairie clinic to deliver compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). If you bring patience, reliability, and empathy, we provide 100% of the paid training and certification required to launch your new profession!

Great fit for candidates coming from: Daycare/Preschool Teaching, Special Education Assistants, Caregiving (CNA / DSP), Healthcare Support, Recent Graduates, Retail, Hospitality, or Customer Service!

How Galliant Supports & Rewards You

  • 100% Paid RBT Certification: We cover all course materials and national BACB exam fees for your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential within your first 8 weeks.

  • Competitive Starting Rates: Earn $18.00 – $19.00/hr to start, backed by guaranteed performance and compensation reviews every 6 months to scale your base pay as your skills grow.

  • Daytime Schedule: Work 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday. Enjoy daytime clinic hours with no nights, no split shifts, and zero weekends (occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM).

  • 100% Clinic-Based: Report to one collaborative, fully equipped clinic facility every single day—no driving between client homes or unpaid travel time.

  • BCBA-D Clinical Guidance: Work under direct mentorship from supportive, accessible BCBAs in an organization founded and led by Dr. Michelle Kuhn, BCBA-D.

  • Complete Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO accrual, paid holidays, 401(k), life insurance, and short/long-term disability coverage.

Your Daily Role

  • Direct 1-on-1 Patient Care: Work directly with children in a structured clinic environment using compassionate, assent-based therapy designed to build functional communication, daily living skills, and social engagement while reducing challenging behaviors.

  • Digital Data Collection: Use an employer-provided tablet to log session metrics and objective daily progress notes in real time.

  • Active Engagement: Create a fun, positive learning environment tailored to each child's individual care plan.

What We Look For

  • Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required (no prior ABA or healthcare experience necessary).

  • Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for daily commute to the Grand Prairie clinic.

  • Physical Stamina: Active role! Must be comfortable sitting on the floor, standing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and moving quickly to engage children safely.

  • Mindset: Reliable, high-energy, and deeply committed to neurodiversity-affirming care.
