Behavior Technician / RBT - Center Based ($25/hr + Guaranteed Hours)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality behavioral support to children ages 18 months–13 years using evidence-based, compassionate practices.
• Follow individualized treatment plans focused on play, functional communication, and emotional connection.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical training.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Open to learning and growing within the field of progressive, affirming ABA.
• Compassionate, reliable, and highly collaborative.
• Note: Active RBT certification or a background in Psychology/Human Services is a major plus, but we will fully train the right entry-level candidates.
