Responsible for implementing behavior-analytic services for assigned pediatric clients in our new center-based ABA program! Consult with team members to implement individualized services for assigned clients Conduct visits with clients and relevant collaterals in natural environments according to the needs of the child and family Maintain client records completely and accurately to include: Documentation of forms and regulations regarding intake and discharge of clients Complete billing documentation according to schedule established by the clinic Adhere to professional standards and guidelines according to respective disciplines and relevant certification Maintain daily contact with program during normal business hours Keep supervisor informed of progress of all clients Meet performance expectations based on part time or full time status, as designated Adhere to provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 119, Section 51A (Mandated Reporter); report all occurrences immediately to the program director Adhere to clinical recommendations from clinical administration Maintain confidentiality in all clinical matters Participate in team meetings, supervision and in-service training as required Participate in program development and team goals Other duties as required
Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor's Degree required
Required experience in related field
Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
A good listener with an ability to empathize while still providing guidance
