Behavioral Care Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Remote Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality virtual counseling services to a diverse population of clients. This role involves delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions via secure telehealth platforms, helping individuals manage mental health challenges, strengthen coping skills, and improve overall well-being.

The ideal candidate is empathetic, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining strong clinical standards and ethical practices.

• Provide individual (and potentially group) therapy sessions through secure online platforms
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy) tailored to client needs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers when appropriate for holistic care
• Ensure client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and other applicable regulations
• Respond to client needs in a timely and professional manner, including crisis management when necessary
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings as required
• Stay current with best practices and developments in mental health treatment
