Behavioral Health Clinician

The Behavioral Health Clinician partners with people served and their interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, monitor, and revise behavioral support plans, and provides mental health counseling as requested, including facilitating group counseling sessions. The Behavioral Health Clinician is responsible for ensuring that all behavioral health related services support each person's ability to achieve their own vision for themselves, and supports the facilitation of MANDT and other behavioral health training.

This position reports to the Lead Behavioral Health Clinician and serves the Greater Chesapeake Region, based out of Severn and Easton, MD, with regional travel required. This position must meet the qualifications of a Direct Support Professional, not including CMT training, and is designated as essential, requiring work during times of emergency.
