Behavioral Health Provider-LPC/LCSW

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing team in Central Point, Oregon. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals and families improve their overall well-being and is comfortable working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

· Provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling services

· Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing documentation

· Support patients experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, grief, stress management, behavioral concerns, relationship issues, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions

·Collaborate with our integrative medical team to coordinate patient care

·Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with Oregon licensing requirements

·Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture

Qualifications

·Active Oregon LCSW or LPC license required

·Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·Experience working with diverse patient populations preferred

·Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team

·Passion for compassionate, patient-centered care
